Sharing any content belonging to the platform — visually, audibly, in writing, or electronically — with external consultants, external auditors, external suppliers or any other third-party individual or organization is strictly prohibited.
In particular, audit form content is marked with a watermark containing the user's email address and date. This is in place so that, if any screenshots, screen recordings or similar visuals are captured, shared and subsequently detected, the responsible user can be identified.
In case of any violation of this restriction, the responsible user and/or organization accepts full legal liability.
A separate audit form must be filled out for each facility. Data from multiple facilities cannot be combined into a single form.
When the "Start New Audit" button is clicked, the facility name must be entered in full in the dialog that appears, so that each form can be correctly associated with its respective facility.
